Born Carolyn Fabiszak in Baltimore, Maryland, August 9, 1939. Attended The Catholic High School; University of Maryland; Community College of Baltimore. Married Charles J. Krysiak (1937-2004), 1962. Five children: Charles G.; Paul D.; Mark E.; Carolyn; Anne. Died May 8, 2024.
