     Nisi Prius Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery to be held at Charles Town on the Twenty fifth

Day of september then Next to Testify for his said Lordship against Daniel M^cCan and not

to depart the same Court then without Licence thereof

Ordered by the Justices of the Court here that Dennis Martin Recognize In the sum of Twenty

Pounds Current Money with sufficient Security In the Sum of Ten pounds Like Money for his

appearance before his Lordships Justices of Assize Nisi Prius Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery to be

held at Charles Town on the Twenty Fifth day of September then Next to Testify for his Lordship the

Lord Proprietary against John Green &^a        Whereupon into Court here in his proper

Person Comes the afs.^d  Dennis Martin of Charles County and Daniel Monroe of same County Planter

and acknowledge themselves to owe and stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honble

the Lord Proprietary that is to say the said Dennis Martin In the sum Twenty Pounds Current Money

and the said Daniel Monroe In the sum of Ten pounds Like Money Which sums they and Each of them

severally Yeilded and Granted should and might be Levied on their and Each of their Goods and Chattles

Lands and Tenements to and for the use of his said Lordship his Heirs and Successors

On Condition that the said Dennis Martin do and shall make his Personal appearance before

his Lordships Justices of Assize Nisi Prius Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery to be held at

Charles Town on the Twenty Fifth day of september then Next to Testify for his said Lordship

against John Green and not to depart the same Court then without Licence thereof

Ordered by the Justices of the Court here that John Butler Recognize In the sum of Twenty Pounds

Current Money with sufficient Security In the sum of Ten pounds like Money for his appearance before

his Lordships Justices of Assize Nisi Prius Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery to be held at Charles

Town on the Twenty Fifth day of september then Next to Testify for his Lordship the Lord

Proprietary against Timothy Maccan &C.^a  Whereupon into Court here in his Proper Person Comes

the afs.^d John Butler of Charles County Planter and John Walden of same County Planter and

acknowledge themselves to owe and stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honble

the Lord Proprietary that is to say the said John Butler In the sum of Twenty Pounds Current

Money and the said John Walden In the sum of Ten pounds like Money Each which sums they and

Each of them severally Yeilded and Granted should and might be levied on their and Each of their

Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to and for the use of his said Lordship his Heirs and
Successors.  On Condition that the said John Butler do and shall make his Personal appearance

before his Lordships Justices of Assize Nisi Prius Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery to be held at

Charles Town on the Twenty Fifth day of September then Next to Testify for his said Lordship ag.^st
