    Richard Howard & William Mudd in each of their hands the whole Damages
and Costs within mentioned and I have made known to the Garnashees above mentioned
that they be and appear before the Justices afs.d at the time and Place with Prescribed to
shew Cause if any the had why the same should not be Condemned according to Law to &
for the use of the afs.d Jennet Freeman Viz.t to the said Jennet Freeman on the 23d day of
November 1748 before George Godfrey and Thomas McPherson to the afs.d Timothy
Maccan on the 5.th day of xber in the year afs.d before Benjamin Davis and Thos McPherson
To Mark McPherson at the time last mentioned before Gills Green & Thomas Boarman
Mudd To Richard Howard on the 21.st Jan.ry in the year afs.d before Leonard Green Sen and
Leonard Clements and to William Mudd on the 27th day of Jan.ry afs.d before Alex.r McPherson J.r
and Thomas McPherson all Good and Lawfull men of my Bailywick as I am thereby

County to appraise and Value Sundry the Effects of Bart.w Hatton Attached by the s.d sheriff
to and for the use of Jennet Freeman do Appraise and Value the same as followeth given
under our hands and seals this 23d day of 9b.r 1748

Whereupon the aforesaid Jennet by her attorney aforesaid Prays Condemnation
of the Sum of Eight Hundred and Twelve Pounds of Tobacco so as aforesaid in her hands
attached.  Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Jennet Freeman
have Condemnation of the aforesaid sum of Eight Hundred and Twelve Pounds of Tob.o
in her own hands by the Court here Adjudged according to the form force and Effect of the
act of Assembly in those Cases late made and Provided
