And the said Robert by Henry Darnall his attorney Comes and defends the force &
Injury when &Ca and prays leave broug to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be
holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he hath it and the same
day is given to the same Cornelius here &Ca
                                                              At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in Aug.st
afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius as the said Robert by their attorneys afores.d
and the said Robert by his said Attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle here to
until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November
and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Cornelius here &Ca

                                                                         At which day to wit the Second
Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius as the said Robert
by their attorneys afs.d and the said Robert by his said attorney prays further leave thereof
to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second
Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Corn.s here &Ca

At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius
as the said Robert by their attorneys afs.d and the said Robert by his said attorney prays
further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court Court to be holden at Charles Town on
the Second Tuesday in June and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Corn.s here &Ca

At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius
as the said Robert by their attorneys afs.d and the said Robert by his said attorney prays
further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the
Second Tuesday in August and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Corn.s here &C.a

At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius
as the said Robert by their attorneys afs.d and the said Robert by his said attorney prays
further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the
Second Tuesday in Nov.r and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Corn.s here &Ca

At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in Nov.r afs.d Comes here as well the said Cornelius
as the said Robert by their attorneys afs.d and the said Robert by his said attorney prays
further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the
Second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Corn.s here &Ca

And now ^here at this^ day to wit the Second Tuesday in March aforesaid Came as well the said Cornelius
by his Attorney aforesaid as the said Robert by his attorney afs.d and the said Robert by his
said attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &Ca   
                                                                                                 Whereupon all and
Singular the Premises being by the Court here (according to the Directions of the Act of
Assembly in such Cases late made and Provided fully seen heard and understood) &
due Deliberation thereupon had It is Adjudged and Decreed that the said Cornelius
Recover against the said Robert as well the sum of four pounds five shillings & six
Pence Currency for his Damages afs.d as also the sum of
                                  for his Costs and Charges by him about his suit for this Part lade
Def.t in Mea   out and Expended and the said Robert In Mercy &C.a
