(337) Fillingham & Company as the said William Turner by their attorneys afs.d and the said William by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November and he Hath it and the same day is given to the same Fillingham & Company here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said Fillingham & Com as the said W.m by their attorneys afs.d and the said William by his said attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Fillingham & Company here &Ca And now here at this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said Fillingham & Com by their attorneys afs.d as the said William by his attorney afs.d and the said W.m by his said attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &Ca Whereupon all and Singular the Premises by the Court here (according to the Directions of the act of assembly in such Cases late made and Provided fully seen heard and understood) and due Deliberation there upon had It is adjudged and Decreed that the said Fillingham & Com REcover against the said William Turner as well the sum of Nine Hundred & Nineteen Pounds of Tobacco for their Damages afs.d as also the sum of Pounds of Tobacco for their Costs & Charges by him about their suit In this Part laid out Def.t in mea and Expended and the said William Turner in Mercy &Ca
This being an Action upon the Case for the Recovery one Thousand p.ds of Tobacco due on a Note to the said John Penn from the said W.m Theobalds The said William was by Virtue of a Capias ad Respondendum Returnable before his Lordships County Court on the Second Tuesday in March on the year of our Lord Seventeen Hundred and forty five Arrested And the said William by Thomas Clark his attorney Comes & defends the force and Injury when &C.a and prays leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June and he hath it and the same day is given to the same John here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said John as the said William by their attorneys aforesaid and the said William his his said att.y prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be Holden (at) |
