(291) Whereupon the said Joseph Allen by his attorney afs.d prays Condemnation of the Effects afs.d was afs.d as by the Schedule afs.d amounting to fifteen shillings Currency and Six Hundred and Fifty pounds of Tobacco with Execution ther^e^of to him to be adjudged and the said John Blany altho' Solemnly Called Comes not but makes Default Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Joseph have Condemnation of the Effects afs.d to fifteen shillings Currency and Six Hundred and fifty Pounds of Tobacco according to the schedule aforesaid by the Court here adjudged according to the form force & Effect of the Act of assembly in those Cases late made and Provided and that the said Joseph have thereof Execution &C.a Mem.o Thomas Pettit Secy on Cond |
