William Gray John White Richard Wallis Came and were sworn upon that Jury and because one of the
Jurors of that same Jury did not appear therefore another of the standers by hereunto elected by the sherrife of
the County afd ^and^ at the Request of the afd John Tunstall and by the Command of the afd Justices is newly
put on whose name to the pannel within written is affiled according to the form of the statute in such Case
lately made and Provided which said Juror so newly put on (to witt) John Purnall J.r being Called
Likewise Came who to say the truth of the premisses afd together with the other Jurors afd first Impannelled
and sworn being elected tryed and sworn and of their Verdict thereupon by the Court were Charged and
between themselves to Commune from the barr here did Recede and afterwards the same Jurors thereof
between themselves agreed to their verdict of and upon the Premisses afd ^to^ Render to the barr here returned
upon which the afd John Tunstall altho' Solemnly Called Cometh not nor is his writt afd against the said
Sarah Roe further prosecuted
                                                       Therefore it is Considered that the afd John Tunstall and his
Pledges of prosecuting to witt John Doe and Richard Roe are in mercy and that the afd Sarah Roe
Administratrix ^as^ afd goe thereof without day &.a  Also it is Considered that the afd Sarah Roe Recover
1237    against the afd John Tunstall                                                                              pounds of tobacco
for her Costs and Charges by her about her defence in that part sustained to the same Sarah Roe
by the Court here of her assent adjudged according to the form of the statute in such Case lately
made and provided and the said Sarah Roe have thereof Execution &.a


Dec.r 1740  Came Elgate Hitch before me one of the Lord Proprietarys Justices and took the Oaths of the Government
and Constable and Subscribed the test                                                                                     Isaac Handy

          We the Subscribers being nominated and appointed by the worshipfull Court of Somerset County to direct
and Lay out a road Viz.t from Seder Hammoks to the Road that leads through Senepuxon neck we order and direct
the Following Road from the said Seder Hammoks keeping the south side of the Land near the marsh and up a
glad a little below where Whale Lived Crossing the said Glaid on the south side of it on a ridge Leaving a large dead
Swamp on the right hand directly to the Road that Lead through the neck from the poynt up wards given under

Fasit of the County afd in Relation to the bounds of a tract of Land Called Winchester we therefore Require you or any
