          August Court               1742                320

for the said Robert Hutchison and acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord
proprietary of Maryland in ten pounds Current money of said province of his body goods or Chattles Lands or tenements
to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied   If it Happen that the said Robert
Hutchison doe not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday
of November then next following and doe not then and there give Such Evidence as he shall know against the afd
Owen Oday on suspicion of felony and doe depart the Same Court without Leave &a


John Pope being bound by Recognizance for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court Came hereinto Court
in his proper person and for as much as nothing was Objected against the said John Pope why he might not
be discharged from the Recognizance aforesaid &a

                         Thereupon the said John Pope and his Security are discharged from the Recognizance aforesaid
he the said John Pope paying all fee or fees due by means of the Recognizance aforesaid to any person or persons
whatsoever

 Robert Downs of Sommerset County planter being bound by Recognizance for his good behaviour

and appearance at this Court &.a  Came hereinto Court in his proper person and for as much as nothing
was Objected against him wherefore he Should not be discharged of and from the Recognizance afd &a

                            Thereupon the said Robert Downs and his Securitys are discharged from the Recognizance aforesaid
he the said Robert Downs paying all fee and fees due by means of the Recognizance afd to any person or persons
whatsoever &a


William King appears according to his Recognizance to give Evidence against a Certain Robert Downs and
is accordingly discharged therefrom &a


Mathew Parramore appears herein Court according to his Recognizance Entered into to give Evidence at this Court ^ag.t Robert Downs^
and is discharged therefrom &a

      Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should Take

James Timmons Late of Sommerset County planter if he Should be found in his
Bailywick and him should safe Keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August Ann Dom One Thousand
Seven hundred and forty Two to answer unto Samuel Hopkins Jr of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a  and the
same day is given to the aforesaid Samuel there &.a         And hereupon the said Samuel Complained of the afd James
