Dom One thousand Seven hundred and forty Two to Satisfie Joseph Ennalls of Sixty Two pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and Two hundred
Seventy five pounds of tobacco as also Twenty Two pounds of tobacco additionall Costs of Suit which sums the said Thomas Carey together with
James Anderson and Nehemiah Dorman before Henry Ballard and Thomas Gillisse Gent two of the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
on the Twelfth day of May Ann Dom One Thousand Seven hundred and forty One Confessed Judgmt to the afd Joseph Ennalls according to act of
Assembly in Such Case made and provided whereof the said Carey is Convict &a  and the same day is given to the aforesaid Joseph there &a

                            Att which day here Came the aforesaid Joseph Ennalls by Francis Allen his attorney and the Sheriff to witt John Handy
Gentleman now here Returned that he had Taken the aforesaid Thomas Carey whose body here at this day he had ready to Satisfie the afd
Joseph Ennalls of his debt and Costs aforesaid as aforesaid he was Commanded &a

     Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should ^take^ James Anderson if he Should be

found in his bailywick and him should Safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Sommerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and forty
Two to Satisfie John Ennalls of Sixty Two pounds Currant money of Maryland and Two hundred and Seventy five pounds of
tobacco as also Twenty Two pounds of tobacco additionall Costs for which Sums the Said James Anderson together with Thomas
Carey and Nehemiah Dorman before Henry Ballard and Thomas Gillisse Gentleman two of his Lordships Justices of the County Court
of Sommerset on the Twelfth day of May Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and forty One Confessed Judgmt unto the said

 Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should Take Nehemiah Dorman if he Should

be found in his bailywick and him should safe Keep keep so that he might have his body before the
            Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Ann Dom One
