and saith that when he was a boy his father Shewed him the deponant a marked Red Oak standing on the Southermost side of
a Ridge Called Turkey Ridge and Notherly from Nehemiah Dormans Plantation and that the said Red Oak was the first
bounder of a tract of Land Called Turkey Ridge and further sayeth not                                 Henry Dorman

     Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he should Take Nathaniel
Horsey Late of Somerset County Marriner if he should be found in his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
and forty one to Satisfie Moses Challie Jun.r of Two pounds Seventeen Shillings and ten pence in Gold and nine hundred
and twelve pounds of tobacco which to the same Moses Challie in the Same Court before his said Lordships Justices at dividing
Creek were adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and Assumption to the same Moses
Challie by the af.d Nathaniel made and nor performed whereof he is Convict &c  And the same day is given to the af.d Moses here &a

                         Att which day here Came the af.d Moses Challie in his proper person and the sheriffe to witt John Handy Gent
now here returned that he had Taken the af.d Nathaniel Horsey whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Moses
of the debt and damages af.d as to him it was Commanded &c

     Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take John
Evans late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him
should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and
forty one to satisfie Francis Allen twenty pounds Currt money of Maryland and three hundred and Ninety three pounds
of tobacco which to the said Francis in the said Court before his Lordships Justices were adjudged for his damages
which he had by Occasion of the Speaking and divulging of a Certain Scandelous words of the af.d Francis by the ^af.d^ John Evans
in the County af.d whereof he is Convict &c

                   Att which day here Came the af.d Francis Allen in his proper person and the sheriffe to witt John Handy Gent
now here returned that he had taken the af.d John Evans whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Francis of
the damages af.d as to him it was Commanded &c

       You John Evans Dan.l Cordry and John Evans J.r doe Confess Judgment to Francis Allen for the sum of three
hundred ninety three pounds of tobacco which Sum was recovered by the said Francis Allen against John Evans on the
