75 Farm No 4 Supposed to be two hundred and ten acres supposed to be four acres in apple & Peach Trees supposed to be Forty acres to be put in Wheat Forty in corn and Forty in Oats supposed to be sixty ^acres^ in wood and Branch this has on it the following one two story Brick House twenty by forty in bad order Kitchen wood attached fifteen by fifteen attached in very bad condition smoke house ten feet by ten in bad order Poultry House twelve feet square in very bad order ^granary 24 x 30 in good order^ old stable not fit for use corn House Crib all under the same Roof eighteen by thirty attached shed & Carriage House not fit for use we recommend that there should be two thousand bushels Lime put on annually also clover seed and to be paid by the tenant Lime to be paid by the Heirs and' the tenant to put it on free of charge We estimate the annul rent of this Farm at three hundred and thirty dollars we also recommend that there should be a new dewling new stable and new smoke house Queenans Farm No 5 supposed to be one hundred and fifty acres one acre in Peach Trees supposed to be twenty six acres to be put in wheat supposed twenty six acres to be put in corn and twenty six acres in oats and two fields in grass and fifteen acres in wood This has on it the following one Dewling House two story sixteen by twenty four Kitchen one story sixteen by twenty two in good Repair smoke house ten by twelve tolerable repair Milk House 5½ feet square in good order Repair Grainary & Corn cribs twenty four by thirty in good Repair garden and yard enclosed with Pailing & Board Fence in Tolerable repair we recommend that there should be put on this Farm thirteen hundred Bushels Lime put on annully also Clover seed & Timothy and to be paid by the by the Heirs and the tenant to put it on free of charge We estimate the annual rent of this Farm at four Hundred and sixty dollars Queenans Farm no 6 supposed to be one hundred and thirty five acres suppose about one acre in Peaches supposed to be twenty six acres in wheat supposed to be twenty six in corn twenty six in oats and two fields in grass supposed to be fifteen in wood This has on it the following |
