We the subscribers appointed by The Orphans Court
of Kent County to view the estate of Philip Brooks
in the hands of William B. Wilmer his action
Guardian and to estamate the annual value there
of and further to do what is injured by the
annexed appointment do hereby Certify and report
that we have proceeded in the performance of the
duties aforsaid and after a careful consideration of
the same estimate the annual value thereof at eighteen
hundred Dollars subject to the widow down this amount
being based on the present hogh price of all kinds of
farm products
                  the Real Estate of said Minor consists
of two farms distinguished as the home or mansion
Farm and the Farm lying over the main road
and opposite the same and whereon now lives
Mr Ja.s Gemmill the first named property
