Neck Island and containing about 310 acres which is divided
into four fields of about sixty acres each   There is a
large Apple Orchard of about Six hundred trees and a
Peach Orchard (not now in bearing being young Trees) of about
Two Thousand trees also a small piece of woodland in young
oak and Chesnut lying near Church Creek.   The fencing is in
fair order.
                The Buildings are as follows:
A two Story & Garrett Brick Dwelling with Kitchen   in fair
order.      The Outbuildings consisting of Barn Carriage house
Stables, Granaries, Corn Cribs and Sheds are all in good order
being nearly new
                      We would recommend that the two fields now in Corn
be seeded in wheat this year and the field lately in wheat together
with the young Orchard and Lawn be planted in Corn next
Spring leaving one field (lying near Church Creek) for pasture

          And we estimate the annual value of this said farm
or plantation at Eight hundred Dollars                 $800.00

No. 2.  Is a farm lying opposite and across the public Road from No 1
and containing about ninety acres which is divided into three
fields with about fifteen acres of woodland.   There is no fruit
on this place.      The fencing is in ordinary condition
There is a Two Story frame dwelling in fair repair and a
temporary stable

                We would recommend that one field be put in
wheat and one in corn leaving one field for pasture

          We estimate the annual value of this said farm at one
hundred and twenty five dollars                              $125.00

No. 3.  Is a small one story house with Garden.  The house is in fair
repair.      And we estimate the annual value of the same ^at^ Thirty
Dollars.   This property adjoins No 1                                  $30.00

No. 4.  Is a Small one Story house with small lot of land lying at
head of Rock Hall.  The house is in fair repair or ordinary
repair      and we estimate the annual value of the same
at Thirty Dollars                                                $30.00

Making the aggregate rental value of the said Real Estate at
Nine Hundred and Eighty five Dollars                     $985.00

All of which we hereby Certify to and return under our hands and seals
