Command was Given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he
take Patrick Daley if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his Body Body before the Justices of his

Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the Same County the
third Tuesday of June then next to Satisfie Edward Harper of Two hundred and Sixty three
pounds of tobacco which to the Same Edw.^d in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at
dividing Creek by discretion of the Same Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges
which he Sustained on a Certain Bill in Chancery by the afd Patrick against the same Edw.^d
in the same Court Impetrated according to the form of the act of assembly in Such Case made
and provided against parties plantiffs which their Bills in Such manner do not prosecute or
in the Same Should be precluded whereof he is Convicted &^c

Att which day here Came the said Edward Harper by Francis Allen his attorney and the
Sheriff of the Same County to witt Joseph M^ccClester and at the same day here returned that he
had taken the afd Pat Daley whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie &^c as to him
it was Commanded &^c
