273 well and truely pay unto the abovesaid orphan the sum of sixty five pounds and seven shillings Currt money According to act of assembly and the dec.ds will she shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.a Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &a Sealed and delivered John Lay (seal) in the presents of Henry Toadvine (seal) W.m Lane Jam.s Stephen Bredell (seal) Tho Williams
Cearsey J.r and Neomy Cearsey orphans of Peter Cearsey decd in the full and just sum of seventy one pounds fourteen shillings and one penney Currt money of Maryland to be paid unto the said William Cearsey Jun.r and Neomy Cearsey their heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 22.d day of June Anno Dom 1738 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll.n hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the estate of Peter Cearsey dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the above said orphans the sum of thirty five pounds seventeen shillings and one half penny Currt money if therefore the abovesaid William Cearsey Samll Cearsey and Robert Cearsey their heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or any or either of them |
