of the af.d Wrixham the af.d three pounds one shilling and three pence Current money and
two hundred and forty pounds of Tobacco yett the said Wrixham tho often required
the same to the said Robert hath not rendred but the same to him hitherto to render
hath denyed and still doth deny and unjustly detain to the damage of the said Robert of
six pounds money af.d and four hundred and Eighty pounds of Tobacco and there
upon he brings suit &.a                                       pledges de pros John Doe & R Roe

    And the afd Wrixham Crapper by George Douglas his attorney Cometh and defendeth
the force and Injury when &.a and prayeth Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the
third ^Tuesday of march then next following^ and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd Robert here also &a

       Att Which day here before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came againe
as well the aforesaid Robert Bolton as the afd Wrixham Crapper by their attorneys afd

And whereupon the said Wrixham prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the
third Tuesday of June then next following and he hath it and the same day is given to
the afd Robert here also &a

Att Which day here before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came againe as
well the af.d Robert Bolton as the af.d Wrixham Crapper by their attorneys af.d
and whereupon the said Wrixham prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill
the Third Tuesday of August then next following and he hath it and the same day
is given to the af.d Robert here also &.c

Att Which day here before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came againe as well
the af.d Robert Bolton as teh af.d Wrixham Crapper by their attorneys af.d and where
upon the said Wrixham prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the third
Tuesday of November next following and he hath it and the same day is given to the
af.d Robert here also &.c     
                                                    Att which day here before his Lordships Justices at
Dividing Creek Came again as well the aforesaid Robert Bolton as the aforesaid Wrixham
Crapper by their attorneys afd and whereupon the said Wrixham prays that the afd
Robert may give security for Costs in Case nonsuite be Obtained against him in the plea afd
which is by the Court here unto him granted   thereupon Francis Allen of Somerset County
Gent present herein Court in his proper person undertakes for the said Robert Bolton that
in case he be nonsuited in the plea afd or otherwise Legally Cast that then the said Robert
Bolton shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon and all Costs accrewing to the said
Wrixham Crapper or that he the said Francis Allen will do the same for him      And thereupon
