And lawfull men of your Bailiwick you Make know unto Each
person or persons in whose hands or possession the Lands or
Tenements Goods or Chattels Rights or Credits so Attached are to
be and appear before the Judges of the General Court At a
Court to be held for the Eastern Shore of this State at Talbot County
Courthouse the Second Tuesday of       Next to Shew Cause
if they have any why such lands and Tenements Goods and
Chattels Rights and Credits so attached as afs.d should not
be condemned and Execution thereof had and made
to the use of the afs.d S W According to the form of the Act of
Assembly in Such Case Made and provided if to him her or
them it Shall Seem Meet And how you Shall Execute this our
precept that you Make known Unto the Judges Aforesaid at
the day and place afs.d And have you then and there this Writ

day of               Anno Domini 1783

to be held for the Eastern Shore of the state of Maryland at Talbot
County Courthouse the second Tuesday of      Next to Answer
