 I hereby certify that Mr John
Rigby of the County and State
afs.d came and proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof a mullatto woman named Prudy
alias Prudy Holland who is now about 25 years
of age 5 f.t 1 inch high has no notable marks
r scar) is the identical person manumitted &
set free by Mr Philip Rigby of the County
& state afs.d
                         In Testimony &c  this
                         11.th day of April 1815
