State of Maryland
Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whom
it doth or may concern that
Samuel Troth of the Town of Easton in Talbot County
afd came and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof Negro Noah of a yellowish complection five feet
four four Inches and an half high has a smal scar near
the Corner of his left eye and also a very small scare
not far from his right Eye about twenty two years of age
is the Identical person manumitted by Elizabeth Troth on
the twelfth day of August seventeen hundred and eighty
five to be free on the said day of June Eighteen hundred
and six and was raised in and was raised
in the said County   In Witnes the 2 day of June 1807  (JL)

it doth or may concern that

Negro Sally of a light brown complection five feet and
one half inch about seventeen years of age has a small
scar not far from the right corner of her mouth and a
samall scar on the back of her right hand was free born
of a woman manumitted by Elizabeth Troth and was
raised in the the said County  In Witness this 2d June
Eighteen hundred & seven                  J L


State of Maryland
Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whom it doth
or may concern that Jack Harrison of Talbot County afd came
and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Negro
Jam of darke brown complection five feet eight Inches high
about thirty five years of age has a small scar near the left
corner of his left eye very much pock broken and has a scar or
mark on his chin occasioned by the small Pock was raised in the
said County is the Identical person manumitted by him on this
day  In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my Hand and affixed
the public seal of my office this 2 day of June 1807)  Jacob Loockerman
