Negro Hannah Maryland Harford County ss I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof negro Hannah aged about thirty five years of a dark complexion five feet four and a half inches high with a small scar on her little finger ^on the left hand^ occasioned by cutting off a surplus finger became free by virtue of a manumission made by Joshua Wilson on the seventeenth day of May Eighteen hundred and twenty seven and duly executed and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Harford County Court and that the said Hannah was born in Harford County In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this twenty fifth day of august Eighteen hundred and twenty seven Henry Dorsey Clk Identified by Cassandra Wilson Negro Nan Maryland Harford County to wit I do hereby Certify that the bearer hereof Negro Ann or Nan aged about thirty Years of a Black Complexion five feet nine and a half Inches high stout made and of a pleasant countenance with a small scar on the left side of her neck below the year ear became free by virtue of a the manumission made by William Cox on the thirtieth day of June Eighteen hundred |
