Maryland Harford County Sct
                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
Negro John Cox five feet seven inches high very
black square made round visage has a small
scar on his forehead near the hair above the left eye his
two front teeth project considerably he was born
free and raised in Harford County he is about
twenty one years of age
                   In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                   set my hand and affixed the seal
                   of my office this thirtieth day
                   of may  1832

Maryland Harford County Sct
                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Negro
Frank Moore twenty three years of age five feet nine
inches high lightish complection square and well made
has a scar on the chin became free in virtue of a Deed
of Manumission Executed by John Lee Webster to his
Mother Rose on the 4.th day of February 1793 and
Recorded in Liber J L G N.o M folio 30 one of the land
record books of Harford County Court and that said
Negro Frank Moore was raised in Harford County
                      In Testimony whereof I hereto
                      subscribed my name and affixed
                      the seal of Harford County Court
                      this thirtieth day of May Eighteen
                      hundred and thirty two
