             I hereby certify that the bearer
hereof Negro Hannah Bowser five feet
five inches high thirty one years of age
very black has a small mowl on the upper
Joint of the thumb on her left hand she is square
made was born free and raised in Harford
County
                   In Testimony whereof I have
                   hereto set my hand and affixed
                   the seal of my office this twenty
                   ninth day of May 1832
