Maryland Harford County Sct
                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
Negro Tisshey about forty seven years of age five feet
two and a half inches high has a scar on the right
wrist occasioned by a burn became free in virtue
of a Deed of Manumission Executed by Edward
Prigg and Recorded in Liber H D N.o Z folio 277
one of the land Record books of Harford County Court
                      In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                      subscribed my name and affixed
                      the seal of Harford County Court
                      this seventh day of May
                      Eighteen hundred and thirty two
