Maryland Harford County Sct
          I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof Negro Alice
a bright mullatto woman aged twenty five years five feet
seven and a half inches high has a Scarr under the left
jaw has lost several of her front teeth becam free in virtue
of a deed of Manumission duly executed by John Talbott
and recorded in Liber A L N.o 1 folio 165 one of the land
record books of Harford County Court
                In Testimony whereof I have hereto set
                my hand and affixed the seal of Harford
                County Court this fourteenth day of June Eighteen
                hundred and thirty one

             I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof negro
Thomas Webster a dark coloured man aged
about thirty five years six feet two inches high has a
large scar on the left leg became free in virtue of
a Deed of manumission duly Executed and
by Doc.r James Lee and recorded in Liber J. L. G.
N.o E Folio 342 one of the Land record books of
Harford County to wit
                   In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                   subscribed my name and affixed
                   the seal of Harford County Court
                   this sixth day of September Eighteen
                   hundred and thirty one
