67 freedom to Commence on the fourth day of January 1810 her person Identified by a certain John Emory Esquire In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and the Seal of my office affixed this 6th Day of may Eighteen hundred and nineteen Thos C Earle Reg Wills Q. A. County The State of Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I do hereby certify to all persons whom it doth or may Concern that by the last Will and testament of a certain John Lawless late of Queen Anns County deceased proved in my office on the 20th day of November 1806 a Certain negro woman named livy Complexion very Dark five feet five one and a quarter inches in height about thirty five years of age has a scar on the back of the neck occasioned from having been burnt has a mole on the left breast and a Scar in the bone of the right arm was set free her freedom to Commence between six years from the above mentioned oath and then to be free her person Identified by a Certain Robbin Thoriss of Queen Anns County In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and the seal of my office affixed this 7th Day of may Eighteen hundred and nineteen Thos C Earle Reg of Wills Q A.
