65 between the wrist and elbow there has been a very vizable scar on her right arm which is nearly grown out occasioned by a burn her right arm crooked near the wrist occasioned from having been broke when small was set free her freedom to commence at the age of 21 years her person identified by a certain George Burgess of Queen Anns County In testimony whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name and the seal of my office this 4th Day of may Eighteen hundred and nineteen Thos C Earle Reg Wills Q. A. County The State of Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I do hereby certify to all persons whom it doth or may concern tha by the last will and testament of a certain George Burgess late of Queen Anns County deceased proved in my office on the 21st of December 1802 a certain negro woman named Betty of Dark Complexion five feet and one quarter of an inch high aged about forty years of age she has a scar on the right elbow and one between the elbow and shoulder of the left arm she has high cheek bones and flat nose was set free her freedom to Commence at the death of the Testator her person Identified by a Certain Samuel Gould of Queen Anns County In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and the seal of my office affixed this 5th Day of may Eighteen hundred and nineteen Thos C Earle Reg Wills Q A County The State of Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I do hereby certify to all persons whom it doth or may Concern that by the last will and testament of a George Burgess late of Queen Anns County deceased proved in my office on the 21st of December 1802 a Certain negro woman named Sarah of Dark Complexion five feet and three Quarter inches high aged seventeen years |
