(21 Maryland ss I do hereby certify to whom it doth concern that by the last Will and Testament of James McWay duly executed on the nineteenth day of January eighteen hundred and fore and proved in my office on the thirteenth day of June eighteen hundred and fore a certain negro woman named Beck aged about thirty five five feet three inches and a fourth of an inch high has on he right arm bellow her elbow a scar occasioned by a cut was manmitted and set free her freedom to commence the first day of January eighteen hundred and five her person identified by the oath of James Pryor L S Test W.m H Nicholson Reg Q A County May 5th 1812 Maryland Sct I do hereby certify to whom it doth concern that by the last Will & Testament of Isaac Jump duly executed on the eighteenth day of May 1802 and proved in my office on the eighteenth day of June 1802 a certain Negro man named Harry ^aged^ about twenty years old five feet seven inches and a half inch high light Complected has a scar on the right of his face just below his right eye and a scar on his left arm just below his elbow occasioned by a cut was manmitted and set free his freedom to commence ten years after the execution of the Will his person identified by the oath of John Brown Esq.r June 4.th 1812 Test Wm H Nicholson Reg Q A County N B delivered a third certificate it being in evidence to me that the LS second was destroyed Thos C Earle Reg Wills Maryland Sct I do hereby certify to whom it doth concern that by the last Will and Testament of Hazakeah Tarman duly Executed on the 21st day of December 1808 A Certain negro man named Aaron aged about thirty five years five feet nine and a half inch high dark complected was manmitted and set free his freedom to commence at the death of M.rs Tarman who died on the 11.th day of March 1811 his person identified by the oath of John Galt July 21st 1812 Test W.m H Nicholson Reg Q A County L S Maryland Sct I do hereby certify to whom it doth or may concern that by the last Will and Testament of Johnathan Robert duly executed on the 12.th day of November 1796 and proved in my office on the 27.th day of July 1797 A certain negro man named Aaron aged about 28 years old five feet eight inches high has over his left eye a cut |
