                         Att a Court of the right Honourable Charles absolute Lord and proprietary
of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &a  Held
at dividing Creek in the same County the third Tuesday of November to witt the
Sixteenth day of the same Month and in the Twenty Second Year of our ^said Lordships^ Dominion
&a anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six by his said Lordships
Justices the peace in the same County to keep assigned of whom were present

                                     The Court being sat as above Proclamation being made in
Common form the Sheriff of Somerset County to Witt Joseph McClester Gent being Called
made return of the pannall of the grand Jurors to the Court here as followeth vizt
William Jones Manocan James West Joshua Caldwell John Dennis Sen.r John Johnson
Isaac Williams Thomas Pointer Thomas Brown Richard Knight Solomon Long John
Davis Thomas Midsley William Mills Robert Hardy George Benston Cornelius Dickerson
Samuel Handy Hutton Hill W.m Turpin                     Whereupon proclamation being
made againe in Common form the Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled being severally
Called over by their Names did appear as above and thereupon they were sworn &
charged and Sent Out to Consider &.a soon after the grand Jurors afd being Impannelled
sworn and Charged as afd return hereinto Court and being Severally Called over did appear
and return to the Court here the following Indictments viz.t two Indictments against W.m Conner
Abraham and Elias Lamberson W.m Hayman Jun.r against Ditto Thomas Collins Mary Mayo
Kate at Colebourns Ditto against Ditto Mary Walker and Hannah Bartlett  thereupon the Grand Jurors
afd are discharged and ordered to be allowed five hundred pounds of tobacco for the publick service
this Court and against the afd W.m Conner Abraham and Elias Lamberson Wm Hayman Jun.r
Thomas Collins Mary Mayo Kate at Colebourns Mary Walker and Hannah Bartlett so as
afd Indicted it is ordered that Caps Issue against them Returnable to Next Court &a
