250 whereof the full disposion of all and singular the goods Chattells rights ^and^ Creditts of the said decd and the granting the administration of them also the hearing of accts Calculation or reckoning of the said Administration and the final discharge and dismission from the same by vertue of the Authority afd unto me alone and not to ^an^other Inferiour Judge are Manifestly known to belong and the administration of all and singular the goods Chattells rights or Creditts of the said decd and his last will and testament any manner of ways concerning was granted unto Robert Smith during the Minority of James Smith Executor in the said will Named as also to ask Collect Levey Recover and receive the Creditts whatsoever of the said deceased which at the time of his death were Owing or to him did any way belong and to pay the debts in which ye said deced.t stood Obliged so far forth as the goods rights and Creditts will Extend according to the rate and order of Law Especially of well and truly administring the Same and making a full and perfect Inventory and Conscionable appraismt of all and Singular the goods rights & Creditts of the said deced.t and Exhibiting the same into the registers office at or before the fourth day of march next and rendering a true account of your administration upon your Solemn oath at or upon the fourth day of December which will be in the year 1730 (if required) and I do by these presents ordain Constitute and depute you the said Robert Smith administ.r during the Minoritys afd of all and Singular the goods rigts and Creditts of the said dec.d within the Limitts afd saving harmless and forever Indemnifying the said Governour my selfe and all other Officers against all other persons by reason of your administration afd and saving to all others their rights In Testimony whereof I have Caused the Seal of the said Office to be affixed to these presents dated at Lewis the fourth day of december annoq Dom 1729 Test Jacob Kollock Dp Rr which being Enroll'd and the said Charles having heard the Same the said Charles prays also an hearing of the Originall Writt of the Said James Smith and he hath it in these words Somerset ss Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c to the Sheriffe of Somerset County Greeting we Command you that you take Charles Cade late of Somerset County planter al.s dict Charles Cade of the affsd County if he shall be found in your bailywick and him safe keep so that you have his body before our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the ^third^ tuesday of June next to answer unto James Smith Executor of the Last will and testament of Archibald Smith dec.d of a plea that he render unto him Twenty Six pounds Seven Shillings and four pence Curr.t Lawfull money american which from him |
