       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd John
Shiles as by the petition afd is praid and that Edward Chambers Mathias Gale Day Scott &
Charles Dashiell of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a

The Petition of Abra: Cordery humbly sheweth That whereas your
petitioner is possest of a tract of Land lying on the North side of Wiccocomoco
River Called Long acre the bounds being some what precarious most humbly prays your
worships to appoint Comrons to Examine Evidences on the said Land and your Petitioner in
duty bound will pray                           The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood
understood and mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Justices
here that a Comission Issue to the afd Abra: Cordery as by the petition afd is praid and that
Alexander Lackey James Mackmorie Charles Dashiell and Mathias Dashiell of Somerset
County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission According to Act of Assembly
in such case made and provided &c

sitting The humble Petition of Alexander Lackey sheweth That your
Petitioner is possessed of a Negro man slave Darby and one negro woman
named abbo the negro man about seventy years Old almost blind and so Infirm that he is not
capable of service the negro woman cannot hear or speak to be understood her Jaw out of Joint
and so Ancient that she is chargeable to your Petitioner instead of gaining him Advantage
upon the premisses your Petitioner pray that they may be discharged from paying taxes
or levies for the future  And your Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray &c

    The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court
    here that the afd Allexander Lackey be discharged from paying of Levies for the afd Negros as
    by the petition afd is praid &a
