of his damages Costs and Charges afd whereof the same John is Convict &^a Att which said third Tuesday of march to witt
the Sixteenth day of the Same month ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty five five Being the ^day of the^ return of the writt afd
Came the said Joshua Caldwell in his own proper person and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was
directed Likewise Cometh & maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words viz^t By Vertue of the within Writt
to me directed I have Levied to the Value of three thousand six hundred pounds of tobacco of the goods and Chattells of the within
Named William Horsey in the hands of the within Named John Horsey Executor of the said William as by Schedule thereof hereunto
annexed and in Court brought may appear and the within Named John Horsey hath not in his hands any more goods or Chattells
of the said William Horsey whereof to make five hundred & Eleven pounds of tobacco the residue of the within Costs Contained
in the within Writt nor hath the within named John Horsey any goods or Chattells in my Bailywick whereof I
Could make the afd five hundred and Eleven pounds of tobacco residue of Costs afd as by the within Writt I am directed
And as the afd three thousand six hundred pounds of tobacco I have it herein Court &.^a to satisfie &.^a as by the within
