Somerset ss
                   Att a Court of the Right honourable Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the
Provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.a held at dividing Creek in the Same
County the third Tuesday of March to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month and in the Twenty first
Year of his said Lordships Dominion &.a  Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five by
his Said Lordships Justices the peace in the Same County to keep assigned of whom were present

Bennett Joseph Gillis William Jones Manny Geo: Erving, Moses Alexander, Thomas Laws
Thomas Holbrook, James Givans, Samuel Hopkins, William Bratten, Benjamin Townsend, James
Thompson and Richard Knight whereupon proclamation being made againe in Ususall Form
and the Jurors afd so as aforesaid Impannelled being Severall Called over by their Names did appear
as above and thereupon they were Sworn and Charged and Sent Out to Consider &.a soon
after the grand Jurors afd being Impannelled sworn and Charged as aforesaid Returned here into
Court and being severally Called over ^did^ appear and Return to the Court here the following Indictm.ts
vizt   Six Indictments against Jeremiah Lilley Indictment against Honur Hally, Marg.t Causie, Sarah
Staples W.m Caldwell, Sarah Glaster, Rose Williams Rachell Truman, Joyce Collins Eliza Hackman
Ann Jarvice Daniel Coe Mary Maguire Daniel Rhodes and James Duffey and Presentmt agt
Richard Gore thereupon the grand Jurors afd are discharged and Ordered that they be allowed five
Hundred pounds of tobacco for their publick Service this Court and against the afd Sarah Staples,
William Caldwell Sarah Glaster Rose Williams Rachell Truman Joyce Collins Eliza
Hackman, Ann Jervice Daniel Coe and Richard Gore its ordered by the Court here that
Capias Issue ^against them^ Returnable to next Court &a
