121 Edward Adams being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Edw.d Adams hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o afd Therefore the Said Edw.d Adams is fined twenty shillings Curr.t money by Occasion of the premisses afd &a Henry Newman being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Henry Newman hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt ^the^ tob.o af.d Therefore the said Henry Newman is fined twenty Shillings Curr.t money by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a Jeremiah Cary being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Jeremiah Cary hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d Therefore the said Jeremiah Cary is fined twenty shillings Currant money by occasion of the premisses af.d &.a Edward Peacock being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Edward Peacock hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d Therefore the said Edward Peacock is fined twenty Shillings Curr.t money for by occasion of the premisses af.d and thereupon the said Edwd Peacock present here in Court is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff of Somerset County there to remaine untill he Satisfies the fine afd and all the officers Fees due by occasion of the premisses afd &a Ann Jones being Somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Ann Jones hath nothing to object wherefore she had not burnt the tob.o af.d Therefore the said Ann Jones is fined twenty Shillings Currant money of Occasion of the premisses aforesaid &.a Mathias Coston being somoned to appear at this Court for not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth not appear to the Court here that the said Mathias Coston hath nothing to object wherefore he had not burnt the tob.o af.d therefore the said Mathias Coston is fined twenty Shillings Current Current money by Occasion of the premisses af.d thereupon the said Mathias Coston present herein Court is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff (of |
