Daniel Jones appointed Constable of Manny Hundred for the Ensuing Year in stead John Follows &a

John Woollford appointed pressmaster for the bay side for the Ensuing Year according to act of assembly

William Fasit Jun.r appointed pressmaster for the Seaside for the Ensuing Year according to act of assembly

Bender a negro woman of George Down's being ancient and Infirm is adjudged tax free for the future

    Phillip a negro man of Mr David Wilson being Ancient and infirm is adjudged tax free for the future

     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County the petition of James Train most
Humbly sheweth that on the 27th day of September Last Came to your petitioners House
    a Certain John Hearn who was taken Sick and dyed at your petitioners house he Lay 13 days Sick so
    that your petitioner was at Great trouble in his Sickness and at Charges for his funerall

           Therefore your petitioner Humbly prays your worships will be pleased to give your petitioner
    Some allowance in ye Levy for his trouble and Charge aforesaid and he in as duty bound will pray &a

          The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully Considered   It is ordered by the Court that
    the said James Train be allowed four hundred pounds of tobacco for the burying of the said John
    Trehearn and Other Charges as afd &a


        Nanny a molatto Slave of Solomon Colebourn is adjudged by the Court to Twelve Years of age this term

Ann Barton
Whereas a Certain Ann Barton was formerly Convicted in this Court for bearing of
a molatto bastard Child Contrary to the Laws of this province &.a and for as much
as their is due to the County of Somerset Seven Years Service from Such person as should
    be found Guilty of Such Inordinate Copulation as afd  And the same Ann Barton being now
    returned to Court to be dealt with according to Law &a   Whereupon the said Ann Barton is sold
    by the Court unto a Certain Edward Rownd his heirs and assigns for Seven Years the Said Ann Barton
    to serve the Said Edward Rownd his heirs and assignes the full term of time as afd the said Seven Years
    Service to Commence at this term      In consideration of which Sale and Service the said Edward Rownd
    undertakes to pay to the Use of Somerset County One thousand pounds of tobacco and Likewise find
    and provide for his said Servant meat drink washing Lodging and apparell sufficient for Such a Servant
    to have and wear during his Servitude afd &a


             Likewise there was due from the said Ann Barton to the Use of Somerset County One thousand
    and forty two pounds of tobacco for two Crimanall prosecutions which Sum was paid by Somerset County
    unto the Severall Officers according to Law &a   and for as much as the said Ann Barton was returned
    to the Same County Court to reemburst the tobacco afd paid for her         Whereupon a Certain Edward
    Rownd of Somerset County Gent present herein Court undertakes for the said Ann Barton to pay to the
    Use of Somerset County the afd One thousand and forty two pounds & thereupon ye said Ann Barton is dischgd
