1733 (43) afs.d William has sustained Damages by Occasion of the promises further then his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in that part apposed ^to^ one thousand pound of Pork and not more and because the afsd Wm Denys not this but the same Allegation Confesseth to be true prays Judgment for the Damages above Confessed and his Costs and Charges afsd to him adjudged &c Therefore by Consent of the Parties afsd it is Considered that the aforesaid Wm White Recover against the afsd Patrick Connelly his Damages aforesaid to the aforesaid one thousand pounds of Pork by the same Patrick in form aforesaid Confessed as also two hundred and forty five pounds of Tobo for his Costs and Charges afs.d to the same William at his Request by the Court here and Consent of the parties afsd adjudged and the aforesd Patrick in Mercy &c You Patrick Connelly James Baker and William Beavans do Confess Judgmt to William White for the quantity of one thousand weight of Pork and two hundred and forty five pounds of Tob.o which quantity was Recovered by the said William White against Patrick Connelly the Nineteenth day of June Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and thirty three in Somerset County Court the said one thousand weight of Pork and two hundred and forty five pounds of Tob.o to be Levied of Your Bodies goods & Chattles Lands or Tennements for the use of the said W.m White in Case the said one thousand weight of Pork and two hundred and forty five pounds of Tob.o so as aforesaid Recovered against him with the Additional Cost thereon on the Tenth Day of Febry next Ensuing Taken before us this second day of August 1733 Jno Scott Wm Sans
and him should Safe keep so that he might have his Body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June ^then^ Next to Answer unto John Purnall late Sher of a plea that he render unto him Twenty five pounds Eighteen shillings Currant money of maryland which to him he owes and unjustly detains &c and that thereof he should not fail &c Whereupon the said John by Francis Allen his Attorney Declares against the Afores.d Benj.n In the plea aforesaid as follows vizt Somerset County ss Benj.n Sharp late of Somerset County Shipwright al Dict Benj.n Sharp of Somerset County in the Province of Maryland Shipwright was somon'd to Answer unto John Purnall of a plea that he Render unto him twenty four pounds Eighteen Shill.s Curr.t mony of Maryland which to him he oweth |
