    but the same hitherto to Do hath Refused and still doth Refuse and Deny Whereupon
    the said Grace saith she is worse and hath Damage to the Value of twenty pounds Curr.t
    Mony of Maryland and thereupon she brings suit &ca  pledges depr         Jno Doe

    And the aforesaid Luke Bowen by Levin Gale his attorney Comes and defends the
    force and Injury when &c.a and prays Leave thereof to Imparl here untill next Court
    and he hath it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid Grace here also &ca
    Att which said next Court to Witt the Twentieth day of June Anno Dom one thous.d
    seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well the afores.d Grace as the afores.d Luke
    by their Attorneys aforesaid and Whereupon the said Luke prays further Leave thereof
    to Imparle here Untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is Given to the afs.d
    Grace here also &c.a
                                     Att which said Next Court to witt the fifteenth day of August
    Anno Dommini one thousand Seven hundred and thirty two Came again as
    well the aforesaid Grace as the aforesaid Luke by their attorneys aforesaid and
    Whereupon the said Luke prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill
    Next Court and he haith it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid Grace here
    also &ca
                      Att Which said Next Court to Witt the Twenty first Day of Novemb.r
    Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again as
    well the aforesaid Grace as the aforesaid Luke by their attorneys aforesaid
    And Whereupon the said Luke prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here
    untill next Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the aforesaid Grace
    here also &ca
                                            Att Which said Next Court to Witt the Twentyeth Day
    day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came
    again as well the aforesaid Grace as the afores.d Luke by their attorneys
    aforesaid  And Whereupon the said Luke prays further Leave thereof to Imparl
    here untill the Next Court he hath it and the same Day is Given to the afs.d
    Grace here also &ca
                                        Att which said Next Court to witt the Nineteenth
    Day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three
    Came again as well the afores.d Grace as the afores.d Luke by their attornys
    afs.d And thereupon the said Luke as before defends the force and Injury when
    &c.a  And saith that he did not assume upon himself in Manner and form
    as the afs.d Grace above against him hath Complained and of this he puts
    himself upon the Country &c.a   And the Plft in Like Manner

    Thereupon it was Commanded the sheriffe of Somerset ^County^ that Immediately he Should Cause to Come
    here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now in Court Judicially Sitting
    at dividing Creek Twelve &.c by whom &.c and who neither &.c to Recognize &.c because as well &.c
