Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted to the said John in fourteen pounds one Shilling and Six pence Current Money of Maryland as by Account hereunto Annexed may in Court appear and being so thereof Indebted in his life time (to wit) the day and year aforesaid at the place aforesaid in Consideration thereof upon himself did assume and to the said John did then and there faithfully promise that he the said Benjamin when he should be thereunto requested he would well and faithfully pay & Content and altho' the said Benjamin in his life time One pound Nine Shillings and Eight pence to the said John he paid and Satisfied yet as to Twelve pounds Eleven Shillings and Ten pence residue of the aforesaid fourteen pounds one Shilling and Six pence the said Benjamin in his life time and the aforesaid Capell Since the decease of the aforesaid Benjamin the (promise |
