held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of august then next to satisfie Peter Stewart of Philadelphia Merch.^t
as well of a Certain debt of Seven pounds four shillings and four pence Currant money and which the Same Peter
Stewart in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek Recovered against him as of One hundred and ninty
nine pounds of tobacco which to the same Peter in the Same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of
the detaining of the same debt whereof the Same Patrick is Convict &.^a

          Att which said third tuesday of august to witt the twentieth day of the same ^month^ ann^o Dom One thousand seven
hundred and thirty four Came the said Peter Stewart by Geo Douglas his attorney and the sherriff of Somerset County
to whom the foregoing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed viz.^t

           Whereupon the said Patrick Burk being led to the barr at the prayer of the afd Peter Stewart
by his attorney afd the said Patrick Burk is Committed by the Court here into the Custody of the sherriff of
Somerset County thereto remain untill the said Peter Stewart of his debt and damages afd should be fully satisfied
the Said sherriff to witt Joseph M^cClester Gent present herein Court took Charge of the said Patrick accordingly
