                                      Ordered that supenas Issue to the Sherr of Somerset County against the severall Executors
and administrators aforesaid for their appearances at March Court next to Give security for the severall ballances
aforesaid according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

     Command was Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he Should take George
              Martin Late of Somerset County merchant if he Should be found in his baylywick
and him should Safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
      County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of november then next
    to answer unto James Donelson of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c and that thereof he Should not
    fail &.c

                                And the said James Donelson by Levin Gale his attorney Complaines against the afd Geo:
    Martin in the plea aforesaid as followeth vizt

                                        Somerset ss   George Martin Late of Somerset County Merchant was attached to
    answer unto James Donelson of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c
                                                                                                             And Whereupon the Same James
    Donelson by Levin Gale his attorney complaines that whereas the aforesaid George Martin the twenty sixth
day of December One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine at Somerset County aforesaid within the Jurisdiction
of this Court using trade and Commerce according to the Custom of marchants and others of this the
province of maryland & the Citty of London of Old Used made & drew his Second Bill of Exchange with
his proper hand subscribed bearing Date the day & year af.d  To a Certain John Peele Merch.t in London
in the kingdom of England resideing & Negotiating Directed and by the Said Bill Requested the Said
John Peele at thirty days sight thereof his first nor third of the Same tenor and date paid to pay
unto the Same James Donelson or his order Seventy three pounds Sterling for value rec.d of which
said Bill the Said Jn.o Peele afterwards to wit the thirteenth day of March Ann.o Domr one thousand
seven hundred and twenty nine at London viz.t in Somrset County af.d within the af.d Jur had notice
and then and there was requested to pay the said sum of seventy three pounds Sterling to the order of ye
same James Donelson and the same James Donelson in fact saith that the af.d John Peele at thirty
days sight of the af.d Second Bill of Exchange the af.d sum of Seventy three pounds sterling to him the same
