Shillings Current Money as also all Costs and Charges by the Said
Plft Laid out and Expended about his Suit by way of attachment
213   against the goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of the Said Richard
Polteny according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c

County planter was attached to answere unto W.m
    Fasitt of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c          And whereupon the
    Same Will.m Fasitt by W.m Beckingham his Attorney Complains that
    whereas he the Said W.m Fausitt the first Day of Aprill ann Dom
    Seventeen hundred and thirty one at Somerset County was possessed of two
    Steers of the Value of two Pounds Current Money Each Stear as of his own
    proper Steers and so thereof being Possessed the aforesaid two Steers out of
    his hands and possession Causually did loose which said two Steers
    afterwards to witt the Day and Year aforesd at the County aforesd to
    the hands and possession of the afd John by finding did Come  Nevertheless
    the aforesd John Knowing the aforesd two Steers to be the proper Steers
    of the aforesd W.m Fasuitt and to him the Said W.m Fausitt of Right to
    Belong and Appertain Yet Plotting and fraudulently Intending the
    Said Will.m Fasitt in this part Craftilly and Subtilly to Deceive and
    Defraud the aforesd two Steers tho often thereunto requested to the Said
    William Fasitt hath not Delivered but the two Steers afd afterwards to
    witt the tenth Day of Aprill in the Year aforesd at the County aforesd to
    his own proper Use did Convert and Dispose to the Damage of the said
    William Fasitt Eight pounds Current Money and thereof he brings
    Suit &c                And the Said John Holland by Francis Allen his
    Attorney afd Cometh and Defendeth the force and Injury when &c and
    prayed Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the Next Court and he hath
    it and the Same day is given to the aforesd W.m here also &c       Att
    which Said Next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of Novemb.r Ann Dom
    one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came again as well the afd
    W.m Fasitt as the aforesd John Holland by there Attorneys aforesd and Whereupon
    the Said John Prayeth further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill
    the Next Court and he hath it and the Same Day is given to the afd William
    here also &c                 Att which Said Next Court to witt the twenty first
    Day of March ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came
    agane as well the afd Will.m Fasitt as the afd John Holland by there attorneys
