August Court               1727                37

of two thousand Nine hundred twenty two pounds of tob.o which Sum was Recovered
by the said Joseph MccClester against the said Price Collins on the twenty fourth day
of Just Last past in the afd County Court the said sum of two thousand Nine hundred
twenty two pounds of tob.o to be Levied of your Bodys goods and Chattells Lands
and tenements for the use of the said Joseph MccClester in Case the said
Price Collins shall not pay and sattisfie to the said Joseph MccClester the said
sum of two thousand Nine hundred twenty two pounds of tob.o as afd Recovered
against him with the add.n Costs thereon the tenth Day of Novem Next
Acknowledged before us the subscribers this 11 Day of July Anno Dom 1727

Ordered by the ^said^ Court that Thomas Humphry's and Adam Hitch both of the County
afd Lay out a road from the Uper Ferry Road Over Wickacomoco River to the
                         Presbitarion Meeting house standing on or near the said River side ye said Road
       to be Laid out ye Most Nearest way & Least of Prejudice to any person &a
       On the back side of the foregoeing Order it was thus Endorsed viz.t      In Obedience to the within
       Order we have Ordered that ye Old road to the within meting hous, and it is now marked with one
       Notch as wittness our hands                                                         Thomas Humphry's Adam Heatch
