Horsey Recovered Against them as five Hundred & twenty One pounds of tob.o which to the
same W.m were Adjudged for his Dam.s which he had by Occasion of the Detaining of that
same Debt which said Sums the said Nath.l Horsey, Henry Smith & Jn.o Bozman Confessed
Judgment to the said W.m Horsey before W.m Fasitt & Jn.o Scott two of our
Justices of our Co.ty Co.t of somrsett on the Eighteenth Day of June Anno Dom.r one
thousand Seven Hundred & twenty Nine According to Act of assembly in Such
Case made & provided &.a  And when You Have the same Mony so Made you Have the
same Before Our Justices of our Co.ty Co.t of Somrsett to be Held at Dividing Creek
the third tuesday of March Next to Satisfie y.e afd W.m of his Debt & Damages
afd whereof they are Convict & Have you then & there this Writt Wittness W.m Planner
Gent.m one of our Justices of our Said Court &a

                         Att which said third Tuesday of March to witt the seventeenth day of the Same month One thousand seven
hundred and Twenty Nine Came here the said Will.m Horsey by Levin Gale his attorney and the sher of Somersett County to whom
the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Comes and makes Return thereof and owed viz.t   By vertue of the within Writt to
me directed to the Justices within Mentioned I Certifie that I have made of the goods of the within Named Nathaniel Horsey to
the Value of thirty Seven pounds Curr.t money as appears by a Shedule hereunto annexed

       Somersett ss  We the Subscribers being Sumoned and Sworne to appraise a negro man Called Cook as the proper
goods and Chattels of a Certain Nathaniel Horsey taken in Execution by vertue of a writt of fire facias sued out of
the County Court of Somersett bearing date the twenty fourth day of November One thousand Seven hundred and
Twenty Nine by William Horsey   Upon Our Oath doe value the Said Negro to thirty Seven pounds Curr.t
