    Indebted ye same Henry in his lifetime in Consideration thereof afterwards to witt ye Same day & year afd
at ye Co.ty afd & within ye afd Jur upon himselfe assumed & to ye Same Jn.o Murrah then & there faithfully
did promise that he when afterwards he Should be thereunto required he ye afd Sum of Six pd.s
thirteen Shills & Eight pence Curr.t Mony to ye Same John he wou'd well & faithfully Content & pay
Nevertheless ye Said Henry in his Lifetime & ye afd rachel Since his Death to whome Execution
of ye Last will & testam.t of ye Same Henry Since his Death was in Due form of
Law Committed ye promise & assumption afd of ye afd Henry so as afd made Little
Regarding but Plotting & fraudulently Intending him ye Same Jn.o Murrah in ye
this part Craftilly & Subtilly to Defraud & Deceive Neither ye afd Henry in his lifetime
nor ye afd rachel Since his Death ye afd Sum of Six pd.s thirteen Shill.s &
Eight pence unto ye Same John hath paid or him for it in any wise Contented altho'
ye Same Henry in his lifetime afterwards to witt the same day & year afd
& ye afd rachel Since ye Death of ye Same Henry ye tenth day of may Anno Dom
One thousand Seven Hundred & twenty Eight at Somrsett Co.ty afd within ye afd Jur
were by ye Same Jn.o thereto requested but they in their Severall Capacitys ye SAme
Hitherto to do have altogether refused & ye Said rachel the same yett to do altogether
refuses whereby the Said Jn.o Murrah say's he is worse & hath Damage to ye
Value of thirteen pd.s Curr.t mony & thereof he Brings this Suite

Stands Stated against Henry Allexander & yt he hath not rec.d any part or percell thereof or
anything in Satisfaction of ye Same acc.t  In Wittness Whereof I have hereunto Sett
putt my hand ye day & year abovesaid                                  Thomas Hayward Cl

             And ye afd Rachel Allexander by Fran Allen her attry Comes & Defends ye force & Injury
when &.a and prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill ye Next Co.t & she hath it & ye same day is
Given to ye afd Jn.o here also &a

                 Att which said Next Court to witt ye fifteenth day of August Anno Dom one thousand
Seven Hundred & twenty Eight Came again as well ye afd Jn.o Murray as ye afd Rachell
Allexander by their attrys afd & ye afd Rachell by her said attry prays further Leave to Imparle
hereunto untill ye Next Court & she hath it & the Same day is given to ye afd Jno here also &a

             Att which said Next Court to witt ye Nineteenth day of November Anno Dom one thousand
    Seven Hundred & twenty Eight Came again as well ye afd Jn.o Murray as ye afd Rachell Allexander
    by their attrys afd & ye afd Rachell by her said attry pray's further Leave to Imparle
    hereunto untill ye Next Court & she hath it & the Same day is given to ye afd John Murray
