                            Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year last mentioned
that the afd Ephraim Wilson Recover against the afd John Videl in Custody as afd as well
the Sum of four pounds sixteen Shillings and Nine pence Curr.t money his damages afd by the Justices
afd in form afd assessed as also the sum of three hundred and two pounds of tobacco for his Costs and
Charges by him about his suite in that part Expended to the same Ephraim by the Court hereof his assent
adjudged and the afd Deft (in Custody as afd) in mercy &c

 Somersett fs    John Parker late of Somersett County Planter was
attached to answer unto Isaac Rappoon of a plea of trespass upon the
Case &a    And whereupon the Same Isaac Rappoon by Levin Gale
                   his attorney Complains that whereas the afd Isaac the tenth day of Novem.r ann.o
Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty five at Somersett County within the Jurisdiction
of this Court was possessed of two mares of the price of twenty pounds Currant money as of
his proper mares and so thereof being possessed the Same Isaac the said Two Mares out of
his hands and Possession Causually Lost and were wanting which said Mares afterwards to
witt the Same day and year afd at the County afd and within the afd Jurisdiction to the hands
and Possession of the afd John by finding Came Nevertheless the afd John well knowing the
mares afd to be the proper mares of the afd Isaac and to him of right to belong plotting and
fraudulently Intending the Same Isaac of his mares afd Craftilly and Subtilly to deceive &
defraud the mares afd tho' often thereto required to the Same Isaac hath not delivered but
the same John the said Mares afterwards to witt the afd day and year at the County afd
within the afd Jurisdiction to his Own proper use did Convert and dispose to the damage
of the same Isaac forty pounds Curr.t money and thereof he brings this Suite &a

       And the said John Parker by George Dashiell his attorney Comes and defends the force
and Injury when &c and prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court  And he
hath it and the Same day is given to the afd plft here also

       Att which said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of August Anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and twenty Six Came again as well the afd Isaac as the afd John by their
attorneys afd and thereupon the said John by his said attorney prayed further Leave
to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and hath it and the say day is given to the afd
plft here also                  Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of Novem Anno
