the blood appear and by sitting her in the pillowry a quarter of an hour   afterwards
in the Same Court the said Sherr Returns that he hath done the Execution of the Judgm.t
afd as to the Corporall punishmt afd he was Commanded   whereupon the afd Thomas
Fletcher master of the afd Ann Barton undertakes to deliver her up to the County Court
at the Expiration of her servitude or the Sherr of the County then being to satisfie the
four fold and fees due by occasion of the premisses afd thereupon the said Ann Barton
is discharged till then &c

       Tob.o one pillow of y.e value of tenn pd.s of Tob.o one sauce pan & three spoons of y.e
       value of two pounds of Tob.o one platter of y.e value of three pounds of Tob.o one
       Dipsie Line of y.e value of twelve pd.s of Tob.o one Runlett of y.e value of tenn pd.s of
       Tob.o being of y.e proper goods & Chattles of a Certain Jn.o Gowen of s.d County Marriner
       one rugg of y.e value of thirty pd.s of Tob.o one Pillow of y.e value of tenn pd.s of Tob.o
       one pair of Shoes of y.e value of ten pd.s of Tob.o one pair of Cotton Stockings of y.e
       value of sixteen pd.s of Tob.o & one Check Shirt of y.e value of twenty pd.s of Tob.o
       of y.e proper goods & Chattels of a Certain Palatiah Whittemore of y.e Said County
       Merchant then & there being & found then & there feloniously did steal take &
       Carry away agt y.e form of an act of assembly of this province now in force in such
       Case made & provided & ag.t y.e Peace of y.e Right honrble y.e L.d Propry of this
