    August Court            1723            91
    sume of ten shillings and ten Bushells of Indian Corn so as afd attached in the hands of the said John Adams
as of the rights and Creditts of the said William Kenney be Condemned in the hands of the said John adams as
of the rights and Creditts of the said William Kenney for the use of the said Thomas Howell towards satisfaction
of his damages and Costs afd and that thereof he have his Execution against the said John Adams according to
act of assembly &c                therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year Last mentioned
that the said sume of five hundred pounds of tobacco so as afd attached in the hands of the afd Thomas
Thomas as of the rights and Creditts of the said William Kenney be Condemned in the hands of the said
William Kenney Thomas Thomas as of the rights and Creditts of the said William Kenney for the use
of the said Thomas Howell towards satisfaction of his damages and Costs afd and that thereof he have his
Execution against the said Thomas Thomas according to act of assembly &c
                      In testimony whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and affixed the Seall of Dorchester County

Pokes and from richard Wallis' into the said main road &c

Rob.t Laws appointed Overseer in manigh hundred from Little Creek to the head of Little Manigh and from Capt Jones
to the New Church and from the head of Little Manigh to William Jones of Gose Creek

Philip Covington appointed Overseer in Manigh hundred from Ostens Bridge along the Main road to the Newbridge
by Maj.r Ballard Plantation at the head of Manocan and from the head of Great Manigh to the head of Little Manigh
and from his Own house to Joy Hobb's

William Bozman Sen appointed Overseer of the roads in Manocan hundred from the head of S.t Peters Creek
to the New Bridge by Maj.r Ballards Plantation at the head of Manocan and from the head of goose Creek to the
New Church and from the New Church into the Main road that Leads from the head of S.t Peters Creek to the afd New
Bridge

                            Mathew Dorman appointed Overseer of the roads in Manocan hundred from Kings Mills to
the New bridge By Maj.r Ballards Plantation at the head of Manocan and from Manocan Bridge to Raymonds mill

James Strawbridge appointed Overseer in Manocan hundred from richard Plunketts into the Main road that Leads
from Kings Mill to the head of Manocan

Merrick Ellis appointed Overseer of the roads in Wickacomoco hundred from Ostens Bridge top the Lower ferry
Over wickacomoco and white haven town and from the said ferry to Maj.r Ballard's Island

Edmond Dickenson appointed Overseer of the roads in Poakamok hundred from Dividing Creek Bridge to the
End of you his Usuall Bounds

Rowland Beavins appointed Overseer in Poakamoake hundred to begin where Edmond Dickenson Leavs of
and Clear his former Limitts

Peter Benton appointed Overseer of the road from dividing Creek Bridge to Harris' Bridge &c

Ambross Riggin appointed Overseer of the road ^in ye afd hundred^ from Harris Bridge to Thomas Breretons Plantation &c
