Ordered by the Court that Robert James Feillett pay unto Rober Melvin the sum of one hundred & fifty pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his attendance five days as Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary ag.t him he having made oath
to the same &c 

Ordered by the Court that John Larimore pay unto Abraham Willson the sum of two hundred & forty pounds of tob.o being
due unto ^him^ his attendance Eight days as Evidence on behalfe of the said John Larimore he haveing made oath to ye same

Ordered by the Court that John Larimour pay unto Rowland Maglowd the sum of three hundred pounds of
tobacco being due unto him for his attendance seven days as Evidence on behalfe of the said John Larimore against
John Collins he having made oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that William Nox pay unto John Scott the sum of thirty pounds of tobo being due unto him for
his attendance one as Evidence on behalfe of the said Willm Nox agt Richard Plunk he having made oath to the same

Ordered by the Court that John Evans pay unto Richard Tier the sum of five hundred & forty pounds of tobo being due unto
him for his attendance Eighteen days as Evidence for ye sd Jno Evans agt Levin Covington he haveing made oath to the same &c

being due unto him for his attendance Eleven days as Evidence for him against John Henderson he having made oath to ye same

of tobo being due unto them for the said Sarah Wheelers attendance ten days as Evidence on behalfe of the said
