Ordered by the Court that Sarah Walker Sen Sarah Walker ^Jun Susannah Walker^ & Mary Walker pay unto John Carr
the sum of one hundred & twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance four days
as an Evidence on Behalfe of the Lord proprietary against them the said Walkers he haveing
made oath to the same &c

 Somersett County fs:  Know all men by these presents that Wee Elizabeth Townsend
Hugh Porter and John Dennis Sen all of Somersett County in the province of
Maryland Spinster and Planters are holden and firmly Bound unto Elizabeth
                      Townsend Rebecca Townsend, James Townsend Sarah Townsend, Rachell Townsend
Danford Townsend and amey Townsend in the full and Just Sum of two hundred Eighty Six pounds
ten Shillings and Six pence Curr.t money to be paid unto ^them^ the said Elizabeth, Rebecca, James
Sarah Rachel Danford and Amey Townsend their Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which paymt
well and truly to be made we bind us and Every of Us Our and Every of Our heirs Exrs and admrs
Joyntly and Severally in and for the whole in and for the whole firmly by these presents sealed with our
seale and dated the Ninteenth day of Novem.r ann Dom 1723

                   The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commisary Generall ^hath transmitted^
unto this Court the accompt of the Estate of James Townsend Dec.d wherein it is found that there is
Ballance due to the above said Orphans the sum of one hundred and forty three pounds five shill.s &
three pence if therefor the said Eliz.a Townsend her Ex.rs or adm.rs do & shall well and truly pay
and satisfie unto the said Orphans the afd sum of One hundred and forty three pounds five Shill.s
and three pence when they shall Arrive to full years according to act of assembly to be paid to them
Respectively according to the will of the said dec.d &c then the above Obligation to be void Else to
remain in full force and Vertue                                                                              her marke
