   Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court house in the
   Town of Chester on Chester River in the Said County on the —
   twenty first day of June and Continued the Twenty Second and
   twenty third days of the Same month and the Twenty Sixth day of
   July the twenty Seventh twenty Eighth and Twenty Nineth days of the
   Same month in the fifth Year of the Dominion of Charles absolute Lord
   and Proprietarie of the Province of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron
   of Baltemore &ca. Anno Domi 1720 Before

    Whereas the Court house for Said County being burnt Since
   the last Court. and the Court meeting in Course according to adjournmt.
   the Justices think’s fitt to hold Court at the house of William Smiths
   in the Town of Chester in Said County And that Notice be gave thereof
   that the Court is to be held at the Said William Smith’s untill the Court
   house for Said County Shall againe be repaired or fitt to Sitt in —
    Mr. Simon Wilmer Sherf of Said County Present in Court —–
      The Same Sherf delivers the Pannel of the orphan Jury as folls vizt.
           who being called Likewise came to wit

   John Blackiston Charles Newman John Hurt George Hastins —
   Vivean Beck – Thomas Gideons – William Roberts James Watson
   Francis Meeks —– Daniel Ferrill Edwd Cossens . John Twegue

   The above Jury Sworn the Court gives them a Charge who with
