   the afd thirteenth day of August in the year afd at the Parish and County afd & within
   the Jurisdiciõn afd In Consideration that the afd Plt at the like Special Instance
   and request of the afd Deft had then and there last mentioned paid unto a
   Certain William Williams and to the proper use and behoofe of the afd Deft
   the Sume of two hundred pounds of Merchantable Tobacco in an Accot hereunto
   Annexed Sett forth upon himselfe assumed and to the Said Plt then and there
   last mentioned faithfully promised that he the Said Deft the afd last
   mentioned Sum of two hundred pounds of Merchantable Tobacco unto the
   Said Plt when thereunto required would well and truly pay & Content and
   whereas also the afd Deft afterwards vizt. the Second day of October in the
   year afd at the Parish and County afd and within the Jurisdiciõn afd In
   Consideration that the afd Plt at the like Special Instance and Request
   of the afd Deft had then and there last mentioned Sold and Delivered
   and delivered unto the afd Deft and to the proper use & behoofe of the
   afd Deft diverse other Goods wares & Merchandizes at the Severall rates
   & Prices in an Accot hereunto annexed Set forth in the whole amounting
   unto the Sume of Six hundred & fourteen pounds of Merchantable Tobacco –
   upon himselfe Assumed and to the Said Plt then & there last mentioned —
   faithfully Promised that he the Said Deft the afd last mentioned Summ
   of Six hundred and fourteen pounds of Merchantable Tobacco unto the Sd Plt when
   thereto required would well and truly pay & Content And that whereas also the afd Deft –
   afterwards viz the afd Second day of October in the Year afd at the Parish and
   County afd & within the Jurisdiciõn afd In Consideration that the afd Plt at the like Special Instance
   and request of the af Sd Deft had Sold and delivered to the afd Deft and to the proper
   use & behoofe of the afd Deft diverse other Goods wares & Merchandizes in an
   Account hereunto Annexed particularly Set forth upon himselfe Assumed and to the Said Plt
   then and there last mentioned faithfully Promised that he the Said Deft So much Merchantable Tobacco
   as the afd last mentioned Goods wares and Merchandizes Sold and delivered as afd at the time of the
   Sale & delivery of the Same were Reasonably worth to the Sd Plt when thereunto required would well
   and truely pay and Content and the afd Plt Indeed Sayth that the afd last mentioned Goods wares &
   Merchandizes at the afd time of their Sale & delivery at ye Parish & County afd & within the –
   Jurisdiciõn afd at reasonable Rates and Prices were worth and Amounted unto the Sume of Six
   hundred and fourteen pounds of Merchantable Tobacco in manner as in the Said Accot is Sett forth
   of which ye Sd Deft then and there last mentioned had Notice and whereas also the afd Deft —
   afterwards viz the afd Second day of October in the Year afd at the Parish & County afd
   and within the Jurisdicion afd was Indebted unto the afd Plt in the Sum of Three hundred –
   Eighty and Eight pounds of Tobacco for the like Sum of Tobacco from the Said Plt by the Said Deft
   and to the Proper use and behoofe of the Said Deft before that time vizt. in the Year of our Lord
   Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen had received as in Account hereto Annexed
   Sett forth And So thereof being Indebted the afd Deft in Consideration thereof afterwards
   vizt. the afd Second day of October in the Year afd at the Parish and County afd and —
   within the Jurisdiciõn afd upon himselfe assumed and to the Said Plt then and —
   there last mentioned faithfully Promised that he the Said Deft the afd Sum of
